Who We Are
Taibu Islamic Foundation (T.I.F) is a Non-Governmental and Non-Political Organization registered with National Bureau of NGOs in Uganda under certificate number 7064 and permit number 8111. It registered with Uganda Muslim Supreme Council under certificate number UMSC/SOS/22/008. It was founded in 2022 to serve, help, advance, transform, uplift and respond to people’s needs socially, economically and culturally. These include Orphans and other vulnerable children as its main target, children, women, men and youth, regardless of their religious affiliation and ethnicity. Its major objective is to empower communities and its areas of operation include socio-economic programs like provision of education services, health, water and sanitation, religion, economic empowerment, social skills in parenting, gender-based violence, HIV/AIDs and financial literacy.
